Lisa is a native Nebraskan and a UNL graduate. She spent 14 years in the banking industry as Senior Vice President for a regional bank where she specialized in commercial lending and private banking, which included setting up the private banking division of the bank. In this role she helped high net worth individuals with a vast array of financial services.

In 1999 she moved to SMITH HAYES to become a financial advisor. Lisa concentrates her practice on developing solid financial plans for individuals, foundations, trusts and corporations. She holds a Certified Wealth Strategist^® designation.

Lisa is involved on several community boards including the Joslyn Museum of Art, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business, the Child Advocacy Center in Lincoln, and on the chair of the Tabitha Foundation board of directors, among others.

Adam is a native Nebraskan and graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in business. He has been in the business for nearly 20 years, joining SMITH HAYES in 2003 and D.A. Davidson & Co. in 2016, via a merger between the two companies.

With this experience, Adam concentrates on financial planning and investment management with a focus on individuals, foundations and trusts. Adam and his team utilize a comprehensive approach to Wealth Management by factoring in each client's tax and estate planning, often in collaboration with the client's Estate Planning Attorney, CPA and other trusted members of the client's network of professionals.

Adam's wife, Heidi, is also a native Nebraskan and a practicing attorney. They have four children: Noah, twins Madison and Jordyn, and Alex.

Developing sound financial plans is where it all started for Tanner. He has been working with The Smith Team since he was an undergrad in college. Tanner pairs a winning attitude with a small town perspective that strengthens the team's ability to provide every client with financial opportunity.

Tanner is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he majored in finance. He began working at SMITH HAYES while attending school and joined as a full time investment consultant upon graduation in 2015. He now concentrates his practice on developing sound financial plans for individuals, foundations, and corporations.

Tanner serves on the board for the Northeast Family Center in Lincoln and is a past graduate of Leadership Lincoln. He and his wife, Kaleigh, reside in Seward with their sons Hudson and Brooks, and daughter Palmer and dog Leyla.

Dana, a Senior Registered Associate and Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional, started at SMITH HAYES in 2007, and joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in July of 2016 via a merger between the two companies. She joined The Smith Team in 2017.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, she graduated from Missouri Western State University, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Dana and her husband, Anthony, have three children, Truman and twins: Lenli and Clara.

Amber, a Client Associate overseeing Client Engagement, joined the firm in July 2024. Originally from San Diego, California, she graduated from the University of San Francisco, where she played on the volleyball team and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.  She went on to earn a master’s degree in management science from National University- San Diego.

Amber and her husband Pat moved to Lincoln in 2016.  They have enjoyed raising their three children here and are proud to call Lincoln their home.
